Exchanged items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. If you would like to start an exchange, please click here.

We offer free exchanges for customers based in Canada and the United States. Customers located outside of North America will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Returns

Returned items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order. If you would like to start a return, please click here.

We offer free returns for customers based in Canada and the United States. These customers will be emailed a prepaid shipping label. Customers located outside of North America will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Once we have received your return and confirmed that it meets the aforementioned criteria, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method. All returns are subject to a $14 restocking fee. Shipping is always non-refundable.
